We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for standard items. For customized orders (with names/dates), we require a partial advance payment via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.

We have a strict 10-day return policy. You can return or exchange an item within 10 days of receiving it if it is damaged or incorrect. Please Note: Customized items (with names/dates) cannot be returned unless they arrived broken.
To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 10 days. Send us a picture of the damaged or wrong product, and our team will guide you through the process.
If the item was delivered damaged or we sent the wrong product, we cover the shipping cost. If you are returning it for other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Yes, exchange is possible within 10 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customized personalized gifts cannot be exchanged.
